After my diatoms went away this started coming in.

Has it been there since before the rocks went in, or has it grown there since the tank was set up? Sponge is the only thing I've seen with that color, but not in direct light like that. Maybe algae that is dying?

after my tank cycled I had a diatom bloom, then after it disappeared this started coming in so rocks been there since the birth of the tank
 
Yes I agree TarHeelReefer22, it is a green algae and it could even be the beginnings of coralline.. I have some like that in my newer tanks along with pinks and purple coralline algae.. The cleanup crew will take care of it if it is not coralline. If it gets fuzzy and or with a raised gel like substance it should be scrubbed off during your next water change but I am fairly certain it is perfectly fine.
