Please identify

Was in the sump sock. About an inch long. Moves like a snail. Any ideas?
I moved him into the refuge temporarily .

Flush it, bury it in the garden, or feed it to a predator fish only tank, not supposed to be good for a reef tank.

Thanks ! Very hard to see. Looked like normal debris when i dumped sock in the buck. It was moving around. It's gone now !
