How tall is the tank or body of the sump? The problem to keep in mind is being sure not to restrict flow with baffles that are too high or gaps that are too small. Also, do some research as to the ideal depth of water for the skimmer you will use and use this to determine the length of your shortest baffle...those are my only two ideas. Others probably have more experience here but you can avoid past problems I've seen by taking these two into account :)

asuming it comes in from the left and flows out the right i would raise the baffle on the far right an inch off the bottom and add another baffle in front of it

10 gallon sump side with baffles is return 6 inch is skimmer height I'm going 8 I'm gonna go get it cut, i have a scorer so will shorten at home if I need to. Time was against me today :/

My god I could slap myself I didn't take the width of the glass of the ten gallon into consideration so now I have glass that doesn't fit by the littlest amount. not to mention the glass guy left out one of the baffle pieces and I didn't even notice. So bummed.
