Please suggest high quality flake food staple with low silicates

I have 2 Occ Clown and 1 Orchid. I am suspecting that I am importing silicates via my staple flake food.
I also feed frozen mysis once per week and Hikari Crab Cuisine (5pellets per day) for inverts.

I need suggestions for high-quality chow with super low silicates. Thanks.

Frozen foods are better as a primary. I have never had luck with dry or flake. Weird things always happen to my water. And I never like the ingredients.

I feed a bunch of pellets and flakes food.
At the moment I have

Ocean nutrition Prime reef flake
Ocean nutrition Prime Reef pellet
PE missis flake
New life spectrum marine pellet
Ocean nutrition tdo chroma boost

LRS frozen
Hikari frozen
Reef roids
Two little fishes nori
Rods food frozen

I don't necessarily know that that is the source of silicates I am just trying to eliminate all possible

Silicate usually comes from sand
WhT kind of sand are you using ?

Or water do you have a RODi ?

Fiji pink aragonite and RODI.
Having diatom bloom in an 8 month old tank. No other algae.
