Not sure what this is, haven't seen something like it before. I'm hoping it's just a scratch from a rock Please tell me that's what it is....

Looks like he scratched himself in the rock work, or possibly brushed up against an anemone or coral in your tank.

Agree. I'd watch closely for infection and source kanaplex, metroplex, and furan 2 just in case.

Acriflavin wouldn't be a bad idea either for bath purposes if it came down to treatment. Always smart to have these on hand
