Please tell me this is a pod!

Is this a pod or a pest I need to be concerned about? I dip all of my corals in CoralRx but I see these and other little critters (that like very similar but can't really get a good pic with my phone) on my glass and frags.

They have legs and what seems like longer antennas but they might just be longer legs.

Thanks for the ID! Google images look exactly like them! Whew

My corals have been suffering (90% certain due to alk swing which I am getting control of) and I got freaked it may actually have been pests!
