Got some Phosguard in a mesh bag and reduced lighting time, seems to have helped a bunch...that and constantly physically removing it. Phosphates test have constantly tested at .25ppm. I'm starting to think that test is bad or something. Almost picked up the Salifert Phosphate test, but at $22 I just couldn't do it right now.
