Please tell me this isn't Zoa Pox?

I look at these guys almost every day so I'm pretty sure these appeared within the last 2 days or so. It's a colony of about 40 Zoas. I only see these white dots on these two polyps. Is it pox or something else? If it is pox, if I just cut these off will I be ok?

It's kind of hard to tell from the photos, but the white dots may also be grains of sand. I would keep a close eye on them and be prepared to do a coral dip in the event more white spots pop up.

Would cutting the ones off with white spots work and prevent an outbreak? How do you coral dip when its attached to the rock? Will this spread to the rest of the tank?

You could possibly cut the affected zoas off of the rock, but I would be very careful about it. If the rock is small enough, you can dip the whole rock, just be sure to rinse it a good amount with saltwater. I'm not super familiar with zoa pox but my understanding is that it can spread to other zoas if is not addressed properly.
