I just found one of these on each side of the tank on the glass. Do I need to get rid of them?!

I believe it's a juvenile spaghetti worm. Harmless detritivore. I've seen the smaller ones on the glass at times. Usually they bury into the sandbed.

Weird. The image I pulled up was titled aptasia (and it closely matched). You just can't trust google anymore...
Yeah, most of the time those titles are just from random people on forums not being sure themselves what they have.

It gets much much worse of you are trying to ID zoa names and similar, google is useless for that sadly

You can confirm if it's spagati worm or not by observing it once the lights are off. See if it's moving/extending its arms trying to grab things.
