Please vote if you have called or worked with Neptune Customer service for issues with their products!!!!
 
So far the PMUP pump has been great for me.
I have had mine several years now. I have had no issue with them during that time. I use one to transfer water from my mix tank to the fresh saltwater tank when it goes low and the mix tank is ready to use. I also have one in the fresh salt water tank and the DI tank. I have push buttons that I can push to dispense water from either one to containers for use without having to pull them from under my workbench to get water out of them. My ATO and AWC also draws from those tanks.
 
Customer service is good. Only thing I do not understand with them is if there is programming that needs to be done and they have permission to control the system why do they not just do it rather than tell you what needs to be done? As I’ve had multiple problems with programming even after they told me what needed to be changed. Other than that response is relatively quick.
 
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I sent a customer service ticket about a PH probe that won't calibrate on a brand new system. I get the canned response about how to auto calibrate and manual which I've tried both of and replied that I had. I've heard nothing since then, called multiple times and the system puts me on hold for 20 minutes and then hangs up on me or just tells me they are busy immediately and then hands up on me. I guarantee you I will never purchase another Apex after this fiasco.

They need a serious competitor to step
Up. They have become hot garbage and it’s purely because of their CS at the moment.

If they had quality customer service it would be a product I could still stand behind but for now they are just got awful!!
