Looks like a nudibranch...some are good, some bad.
I found three on the same coral and removed them, will it come back to good health? Its polyps are out but has shrivelled. Thanks in advance

+1 I suspect that’s a nudi too. But i won’t make an ID yet till I know what coral is nearby, do you by any chance have a leather coral nearby?

Ah i see. I suspect what you have is Tritoniopsis Elegans. A nudi that feeds on leather corals.

Hopefully it will recover...many coral are very strong. Even if it looks dead, I'd leave it for quite awhile to see if it comes back. Just check it often for nudibranch babies...good chance there are some eggs somewhere in the tank now.

Tritoniopsis elegans nudibranch and known to eat leather corals

Thankyou for your help, I removed them and now my leather is coming back to life.
That’s great to hear. Just monitor if they return since they have eggs laid in the rock work. If you start seeing them again, just do the same and remove them.
