Hi guys, so I just bought 2 regular clownfish from my lfs and a damsel so what I did is put the 2 clown first then after a day or two I put the damsel in and today after 4-5 days I saw my damsel attacking the clownfish I mean not like he's killing the clowns but like attacking them and when I fed my tank the damsel eat all the food i put and the clowns doesn't eat nothing so I need help if how to make things better in my tank and is the
Clowns gonna be ok???!!
My tank is a 10 gallon reef tank!
Or should I catch the damsel out of my tank I tried that but I can't catch him!
Any advice how to catch a damsel??
I feel like it's a bad idea I put that f***ing damsel in my tank cause his like 5$ and the clowns are triple the price than him!!!

Here's a pic of my tank and I'm still trying to catch the freaking damsel with a diy fish trap I made as u can see on the right side of the pic!

Yeah, remove the damsel. Not enough territory for them all. I would only have the 2 clowns in there personally, no other fish.

You might try gutting the threaded part of the bottle top off as well. There is very little room in the trap for the damsel to even fit.

If it's an aggressive eater, try putting some food in a net and try to catch it that way

+1 catch the damsel. Put your net in the water, throw some food in at the surface, and when the damsel goes for it, pull the net up. Typically isn't very hard if the fish likes to eat.

Hi guys, what I ended up doing is reaquascaping my tank to get the damsel cause I don't want to see my clownfish not eating!!

Never damsels or most dotty backs
