I'm feeling more comfortable now knowing this is ejecting to municipal sewer.
Now seeing you're throwing in a laundry room as well (and I'm assume a bathroom is already there)....I'd check to see if the ejector is properly sized....there are tables to determine size/head pressure, etc. Since you'll be cutting in new plumbing for the laundry, I'd just include another tee for the p-trap and drain pipe for your tank.
I'm also a back-up fanatic and if it were me, I'd have a back-up pump and definitely back-up check valve ready to go. You know one or the other will breakdown at the worst possible time...and with back-ups, you're ready to go. Looks like the check valve is Everbilt...about $20 bucks....and PVC.
Pump prices vary and depend on sizing...which you'll need to check.
