So trying to get my sump plumbed. Should from tank to sump be stright lined? Or should I put at opposite end of overflow to get all the plumbing I want done, I.e. manifold ect. I have a 90 gallon aquamarine tank with overflow on the far left side, a stright shot means I have no room to add a mannafold t-section. If I move sump to the far right it will be further travel to sump but can add the manna t section into it.

Just my opinion but I wish I had plumbed in a manifold “just in case”. Now if I wanted to add a UV or other items would be a huge pain.
