So my first idea for return line, which will have the cor 20 pump from Neptune. Is picture one but it will not give me enough space to plumb in my manafold. So was thinking picture 3 as second option. The 2nd picture is where I wanna put my ato resivour at and very end a uv. Was also thinking running two 45 degrees instead of the first 90. Should this be fine or recommend anything else?

Typically you will want the "T" to the manifold right after the return pump and before the check valve
ie: Pump-> short section of Silicon tubing "anti-vibe"-> "T" to manifold -> check valve -> Ball valve (optional) -> return to tank.
The reason you want a manifold "T" before your check valve is when you turn the water off the return does not bypass your check valve.
