I want to see how it work before order all plumbing parts at BRS. So I drew a diagram. Is this too much or any flaws?

Do you think it'd be better if use Gate Values for feeding?

Thank you.

Gate valves are always a better choice over ball valves when trying to dial in flow/tumble to reactors.

the cepex BV are fine for the reactors to adjust flow. I use BV w/o issues. All looks good. SCH 80 looks sexy but is expensive. But up to you. SCH 40 is more than enuf

Looks good. Save money and do schedule 40. All this schedule 80 is so overkill. But to each his own.

Thank you. Yes, schedule 80 is so overkill. I just liked the fact it was stronger and thought it looks nicer, cleaner, sexier.

how big with the display tank be?
Tank size is 40"x25"x25" (about 108gal)
