Plumbing Frag tank to sump

I’m considering adding a frag tank under my 310G and plumbing it to the sump. What would be the best way to do this considering the frag tank and sump would be at the same level? I don’t really want to drill the sump to do this

The best way to do it would be to let gravity do it with an overflow.

The sump and frag tank would be at the same level so the water wouldn’t be traveling downward from the drain pipe though right?

It actually may have to travel upward if the frank tank I go with is shorter than the sump

get a shorter tank, use some ply to raise the frag tank enough so the exit pipe can flow to the sum. then tap off the return line. the exit pipe only needs a few degrees to enable water to flow. use power heads in the frag tank for interanl flow
