gor a 60 drag deep blue plan to use mag drive 9.5 with 3/4 return drilled and 1 inch drilled overflow bulk. Head in a total boogie at plumbing ! I want some advice how to plumb looking to use vinyl tubing ? If that’s okay ! Basically predrilled tank from deep blue

Drill another hole and run herbie style.
Or don’t drill another hole and run return over rim to run herbie

I don’t want to run herbie just want to keep simple what type of return do I need from mag 9.5 3:4 receiver into 3/4 barbed bull head

I hear 3/4 might be issue and should open to 1 inch or more

Agreed ^
Mag 9.5 way too much for 5-6 feet head height. Plus mag drive generate a lot of heat.
Mag drive 9.5 in 60 gal, might as well get a chiller now.
As for your question. Get 3/4 inside diameters vinyl tubing. Get black, not clear, so it doesn’t grow algae inside it.

i was thinking bout using mag drive 9 because 3/4 lines up with my 3/4 bulkhead , but the return receiver area is 1/2 " on a mag drive 7 and my return bulk head barb is 3/4" , can anyone explain , how to hook it up, with mag drive 7 , i wasnt thinking of the heat and all by thanks for putting it out there !

Your welcome. Sharing knowledge is what makes this site so good.
For mag 7...
Either use 1/2 hose and use a hair dryer to make the top end soft and flexible to get it onto 3/4
Or
use a small 2-3 inch piece of 1/2 tubing on pump, and slide 3/4 over it as a reducer of sorts

Even the mag 7 is going to produce a lot of heat. There are a lot of much better choices for a return pump now.
You can get reducers from 3/4 to 1/2" at pretty much any hardware store.

True and true. Except using a 1/2 to 3/4 barb fitting you’ll be reducing flow forcing water throu a smaller opening
