Plumbing pentair 40

I plan on plumbing in the pentair 40 today.

I will be installing it vertically in a side cabinet (next to tank) and will plumb it to my sump in a closed loop.

I know this is not ideal but I don’t want any pipes running to my display

can someone PLEASE offer their advice on how to plumb this thing most efficiently? I am brand new to plumbing (no experience with PVC).

pictures are welcome!! PVC sizes and descriptions are welcome!

I got it used- and it has some plumbing done to it already. Would like to salvage anything I can to make it easier on muself
