Plumbing Question, Drains

Well I tried the durso, tried the stockman and they are still loud or I cant get the depth high enough with the stockman to stop the noise from the water falling off the overflow. So I did this and now its perfect. Does anyone think there is a problem running a drain like this? The only thing Im hearing is what sounds like a flushing toilet on occasion. Assuming I can fix this with some airline.

Following along, Im having the same problem with my new deep blue 80 would love to fix this problem how do you fix flushing noise with airline?

Funny mine is a Deep blue 30 gallon. It was either the waterfall or the gurgling. Fix one you get the other.
