Ok heres what i got 220 tank with 2 overflows each have 1"drain line and 3/4 inlet, what im trying to do is to get the 2-1" to join each other and flow out to garage,is it ok to use a T to do this or will that restrict the flow, also I want to take both them 1" line and join it to a 1.5 pvc for better flow would that be the correct size to join them? Hope someone understands what im doing

let me add im using a reefflo dart pump and head way will only be 3 feet up but will run 5 foot horizontal to return water back bgut drain will run 15 feet with the pipe sloping down a little to sump

Thanks in advance

whenever you have two line (drains) merging you will have some back-pressure, you can however mitigate the issue by using a larger diameter pipe in a slight downward orientation to assist moving the fluids and reduce restriction in the flow.

on so lets say lookking at tank the left drine i wanna run to connect to the right drain and then from the right drain its going 100 feet to the sump sloping a little
so left drain i use 1" but when it hits the right drain is that where i would use the 1.5 T pvc and then continue the 1.5" to the sump

Should work fine.

another question..Do i need a gate valve on the drain or just the return line

...normally you'd add one only to the return, however most prefabricated tanks with preinstalled overflows can hold a substantial amount of water... if the need arises to remove the drain pipe, the amount of accumulated fluids (just in the overflow) would fall down to the level of the bulkheads... not a big concern unless the bulkheads are at the bottom of the tank... in that scenario you would want to add a gate valve to both the drain and the return.

I have removed the drain pipe for clean and inspections (not done often), additionally snail have gotten stuck and being able to cut the drain off from adding another 5-10 gallons that's not normally in my sump when the power goes out is why I added it to my drian.

if i wanted to install a cepex ball valve on a 3/4inch pvc do i just go with the 3/4" ball valve or would i want the 1" and reduce fittings so water flow isnt restricted

same size should be fine.
