PLUMBING QUESTION

I have a WB220 and the right cabinet is empty. I'd like to use the the ato tank as a mini reef/sump by connecting it to the main sump. I was thinking of using one manifold to feed it water, but not sure how to get it back to the sump. I've seen where people have done it but did not go into much detail on how. Any help or insight would be appreciated. Mine is like this except on the other side.

i would say another pump to send it back, or a siphon. one will be more reliable than the other of course

I figured that, I was more or less trying to figure out a way to balance everything. That way I dont have chances for overflow some where.
