plumbing question

I have my new cadlights 42g versa plumbed and i guess what you would call dry fitted. The bulkheads do not leak yet the return pump tube that goes into the return line pvc does leak. Do i need to use any sort of sealant or glue? ty guys

how do you hook up the return pump to the bulkhead? Is it external or internal return pump?

umm its a return pump sitting in my sump so i assume its internal? a rubber tube runs to the pvc which hooks into the bottom side of the bulkhead

Sounds like you need a barbed nipple to stick in the bulkhead and slip the vinyl tubing over.

oh that would make the most sense. the bulkhead itself is fine, just the pvc fitting cadlights sends doesnt fit it terribly snug. i will go to hd tomorrow and buy a couple and see if that works. ty
