I’m getting ready to plumb my tank return to my sump. I have two return lines that go to the sump. My sump is big enough that where the return lines go into it will not be in the center of my stand. Actually it will be almost all the way to one end. With gravity flow back and the same diameter pipe will the different length of my return lines cause an issue? My current sump is centered up and I have no issues.

The differing lengths should not cause a problem with flowback during a power outage. More pipe means that more water will drain into your sump (simply because of greater), but this can be easily prevented with some check valves. I do suggest moving your locline outlets to the surface, so less water is siphoned down.
