I have 1 return pump who's output will be split to two tanks.

Is there such a thing as a PVC "Y" adapter?

Haven't been able to find one. I don't want to use a "T" because of the turbulence and the resulting noise.

If this part doesn't exist, I'm open to suggestions.

There should not be any noise from the return flow since there is no air. The wye would actually create more turbulence, but it is not significantly different. I would just use a standard tee.

A Tee or Wye will serve the same purpose as said above due to the lack of air. Just make sure you add a gate valve to both return sections after the Tee or Wye so you can balance the flow respectively.
