Plumbing questions

I have a few questions about plumbing loss rate. I was wondering how many GPH you lose through a 1" union, 1" ball valve, 1" gate valve, 1" T and a 1" coupling. The 1" T is going to a manifold and the rest continuing to the display tank. I have been able to find nothing about unions anywhere. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

They indicate a 90-degree turn is the same as 1' vertical head height.
