Ahhh darn! I would have gone to get one but I ended up having to order some barb pvc too. Lowes/home Depot didn't have those either and they don't come in until Monday so either way, I can't do it this weekend

I did it! Well, I swapped the sump.
-Had looked up my old sump and all the details and everything stated 1"
-Since I couldn't find a gate valve locally, ordered it along with a few other things at 1", braided hose, barbed pvc, etc
-Drained old sump and went to put on the braided tube to find that the bulkheads are not 1", what a fail on my part
I'm not sure what size it is, could be 1.25" or 1.5" but the 1" pvc fits inside the hose so I ended up cutting off the hose from the sump since a little pvc was sticking up, cut and glued on some 1" pvc and shoved it into the new sump hahah
I might re-do the plumbing down the line to go pvc and add the gate valve but everything is working and no leaks. Happy with the new sump and it's much quieter!
