plumbing size for 800gph.

Building my 90 gallon setup and I just ordered a hygger 1090gph pump and an eshopp pf800 800gph overflow.

What size piping would I need for this setup.

I would go with 1". It will give you much more flow than 3/4" and will not overload an 800 gph overflow. You should only use the gravity flow column on that table posted above. Know that 40-100 psi is equal to 92-231 ft of head on a return pump. Not for aquarium pumps.
