I have two different tanks that are on opposite sides of the house that I am wanting to plumb together.
Is it even reasonable or possible to plumb them together? I believe the only way for me to do this is run plumbing through my attic.

Even if they are plumbed together will the tanks act as one tank since they are so far away.

Has anyone done tanks together like this before?

I would only plumb two tanks together if one could gravity drain into the other. Running it through the attic could lead to serious flooding issues.
