Plumbing UV Sterilizer with existing Manifold

Is okay to use the chiller feed as a return for a UV sterilizer? I plan to feed the UV with one of the reactor feeds but would like to return the water in the chiller feed. The reactor feeds are closest to the return pump whereas the chiller feed is a little further down line. Thanks for any help.
