Trying to get rid of micro bubbles and to eliminates pvc,elbows,mics joints and glue,I want to do it with poly tubing. I'm reading about bpa"s though. Any recommendations?

Buy BPA free tubing.
 
I think you're reading too much into BPAs. I've never once considered that to be an issue... And I've been doing this for a long long time.

Just get you some vinyl tubing you prefer. I use the black tubing so if any light is penetrating underneath in the sump, I don't have to worry about excess algal growth inside the lines.
