Hey can someone tell me if this is a good way to have my plumbing or if there is a better way?

I have a dual overflow tank which 2 drain lines plumbed to drain in a filter sock.

the return is a single line that T’s off to both returns with a ball valve on each side.

There was a small leak at the bulkhead so I took it all apart so I could adjust the position of the sump so the bulkhead would be flush to the tank. However when putting it back together I snapped the drain line in the bulkhead and now have to redo it. That’s why it is not connected in the one picture.

I mean that’s how my plumbing looks, if your looking for the “Best” solution you could incorporate something like a manifold for future equipment. Never was very important on a smaller system like mine though.
