It is basically a dual Herbie. I have read that it can be a bit of a challenge to balance the two full siphons so that you get some overflow from each secondary open channel drain, but I don't see that as a major issue. You do not have an emergency overflow, but with two open channels it should be safe, especially if you minimize the size of the return chamber like was shown in the video. I might switch the services for the 3/4" and 1" drains and use the 3/4" for the full siphons and the 1" for the drains.
