My infinia tank 190.5 is here, and since my basement have carpet waterbox recommended a 3/4 plywood under it. So i went yesterday with a friend got one. We did do 2 coats yesterday on ir. However it was raining all night yesterday, and the wind splashed rain on the plywood woke uo with the plywood being wet on the sealant side. So i dried it out. And i noticed when painting the back of the plywood there was some sort of bubble and tiny crack in the plywood is that water damage? Or am i overthinking this?

I agree with Jason. Cut out the cancer and fill with wood filler. If you build anything else use Baltic Birch. Twice as many plies and made with so much more quality.
