PM Kalk reactor leaking around pump. How to seal?

Would liquid plumbers tape suffice? The issue is I have to place it in my 750xxl sump as there is absolutely no room to place it anywhere else as it’s packed with equipment. Even with a check valve from the ATO the level inside the reactor drops throughout the day and I’m noticing kalk concretions around the pump connections themselves.

Maybe some aquarium safe silicon? As long as it can be removed for pump replacement.

A pic would help. Is this a newer reactor that may be under warranty?

Better to find the cause and fix it correct than patch it. Possible a part is available that can be used to fix if we can figure out the failure.
