Pmup doesn't pump

I have a new pmup that quit working on me today. The pump Ron's but doesn' push water out at all.

Is there trapped air in it at all?

No. It has been working perfect for a while

What kind of pump is it ? Has it been cleaned at all since it was first installed?

It is the pmup that came with the fmm. Yes, I have cleaned it but I don' understand who it turns but no water comes out of the tube.
