Po4 during cycle, rowaphos?

Hi, my tank currently still under cycle stage and i found out there is 0.55 ppm po4, should i run rowaphos now or later?

Later, if at all. 0.55 ppm is not that high at this stage, and you don't want to change anything that may disrupt the cycle. Furthermore, the presence of ammonia or nitrite can skew PO4 test results with some kits, and some others simply are not very accurate.
