Po4 hanna checker, silicatea and dinos

I am still battling dinos. I am following macks Dino page suggestions and dosing silicates. I haven't been testing my po4 with my Hanna because it's said it doesn't work when dosing silicates and I haven't ordered another phos test. My nitrates are currently 16.0. How likely would it be that my phosphate are still 0 with a nitrate number at 16?
Also I never was able to set my uv up because it kept leaking. Still working on it.

I dosed microbacter clean and phosphate and got rid of Dino in a few days, might give it a shot.

I actually believe I've gotten rid of them because I can't find any in any of my samples. Just to be safe I'll keep doing what I'm doing for the next 2 weeks. I have algea growth though on my favia but dinos killed my urchin and was told not to add any more clean up crew. Does microbacrer clean work on algea?

It is like a special blend of bacteria, (don’t quote that lol) but basically made my good bacteria grow (and good algae ) and starved out all the nasty algae. You have to keep dosing it daily, BRS did a few videos on it, it’s now my go too, I just posted my tank on this forum if you want to look.
