Been testing more and more often lately and have noticed my po4 creeping up. It's stilling at .043 right now and I want to bring it down between .03 and .02. Would gfo bring it down too rapidly? Or will a large water change even make a difference?

WC won't effect po4 much by its nature of binding to rock and sand.

Start slowly with the gfo and you should be fine.
