Po4 sudden drop 0.00

I wouldn't dose anymore and just let it ride. Then I would wait at least A-day or 2 then test again and see where you're at depending on your consumption or export port then I would check and see if I would need to dose again.

Thats what i thought too
I think my consumption is 0.02
So if im at 0.08 im happy again

Update yesterday i dosed a little to much po4 from 0.00 to 0.16 (i know im a lil idiot :) )so i did a water chance now it is 0.10 i know that sudden spikes are not good but should i leave i like this? I dont want to mess around that much with a lot of swings

I doubt the water change did much useful for phosphate, but 0.10 ppm is a fine value.

Not much no but i got me to 0.10
That range makes me more happier then 0.16
And my nitrates went down with it too

I would not be sure it dropped it much at all, rather than having it bind to rock and sand, and get used.

Nitrate is dropped much more readily by water change than is phosphate due to thephosphate bound to rock and sand.

I just tested it it reads 0.05 now
Does thats means its consumption or is it in the rock and sand

Could be test variation, consumption by organisms, or binding to rock and sand.

Likely, it's some combination of all three.

Should i leave it like this then or should i dose a little

If you are consistently getting a nonzero value, dosing may not be needed, but is unlikely to be a problem unless it gets quite high.

Some great tanks have 1 ppm phosphate.

Yes im aware of that a d i dont want to go low nutrient
The Po4 i want is around 0.10 and steady
I think its quite difficult to maintain po4
