I have had an Ora aquacultured pink pocillapora damicornis for a few months. It is growing and has excellent polyp extension, but the coloration is very dull. It is a dark pinkish brown, not hot pink like it is supposed to look.
My nitrates are 17.5 and alkalinity is 9.5-10.0. Phosphates 0.15. It is getting over 250 par lighting and 60-80x flow turnover. Are the high nitrates causing poor coloration?
