I have a 30 gallon tank with a hang on back refugium. And a Canister filter.
I was cleaning out filter and noticed it full of pods. I would very much like to save as many pods as I can. I am down to the last 6 to 10 oz of water and waste. Which is full of pods. If I pour that into the HOB refugme. And let it settle for a few hours will I be okay or I mean will the tank be okay?

So, is all that brown stuff the waste from your canister filter? If so, you do not want to dump that back in.

If it were me, I would try to siphon off as many pods as I could and then dump them into the refugium.
