So I have a fairly new 10gal Nuvo Fusion (check out my build thread) tank going. However I started with rock that had been in an active tank for a while. A few nights ago I noticed Pods everywhere! I have a diatom bloom going on right now, would they be eating that? Should I be feeding the pods or just let them find detritus themselves? I have never had such a visible amount of pods before.

I've got a pretty booming population going on myself. I actually love watching them crawl around, tiny little guys!

You can see a couple here

Pods are good thing in reef tank. When they thrive, everything thrive same as coraline

The explosion of pods last only as long as the food supply lasts to support them. I find once the initial explosion is over, population adjusts accordingly to the amount of food I introduce in the tank.
