I'm in the process of figuring out how to get photos up but in the mean time I'll try and describe it as best as I can.
I was looking at this link among others, You Can't Tell Your "Pods" Without A Program by Ronald L. Shimek, Ph.D. - Reefkeeping.com
It has the body of a isopod but antennae of a copepod. To make it more confusing it has lots of long little legs. It looks quite like a pillbug. It is not curled up like an amphipod.
I've seen them in groups on the glass and they were all over my green polyp leather and looked like they made it close up (but it has not been opening fully recently, im in the process of getting my PO4 down). I have not seen them on my fish (yet?). Although I am worried because one of my baby clowns "mysteriously" died. But one of the cardinal fish is touching and always by the rocks where these "pods" hang out.
The largest I've seen so far has probably been 3mm.
Ill try and get a photo up ASAP but was wondering if anyone had an idea. Thanks!
