Pod ID?

I jave a new system I have been slowly adding to and breaking down another thats had alot of hichhikers I dont want in the new system. Before i completely break down the other i noticed these guys explode after removing the fish. There a little bigger than 1/16 in but less than 1/8in. I could suck them out with a baster off the glass theres plenty to get with ease. Worth it or not to seed them in the new system?

Looks like a Munnid Isopod, definitely a keeper
