Pod identification

So I put the algae reactor on the new tank, and the pods are everywhere now. Just curios if anyone can identify them?

Yeah I see that. At least it’s before any corals went in...

Well I’ve read everything from they’re no big deal, to burn the tank. Some posts say they need high flow, some say they need low. I guess I’ll just wait it out and see what happens.....

Yea , not a big deal really. Several organisms go through the medusal hydroid stage including jellyfish.
