Pod identification?

I have started finding these everywhere but I can't figure out what exactly they are. Any ideas?

Well I'm going to kick things off by saying that's probably something in the order of isopodia...something alongside for a size reference would help me & others with you a bit further...

Well I'm going to kick things off by saying that's probably something in the order of isopodia...something alongside for a size reference would help me & others with you a bit further...

This one was about 1/2-3/4" big. Alot of them ranged from pen point small to 1" in size

That's a fair size for a home aquaria... though I think there's deep sea species that are about a foot long... do they bother anything in the tank, corals, other inverts etc?
