Never seen one of these before... it's about as big as a piece of uncooked couscous and seems to propel itself like a jellyfish. It's round and seems to have three dots that come together behind it as it moves. It tried to capture that in my crappy pictures. Should I be happy or concerned?

Sounds like a Hydroid Jellyfish, a fairly common occurrence in newer tanks. They are harmless and disappear as quickly as they appear. How they make into systems has always amazed me.

Interesting. I'm wondering what it came in on... I've had this tank up and running for a couple years now and it it's contents mostly came from my previous tank that was up for a couple more years.

I had a tank once that I started from dry rock and one smaller piece of completely cured rock. In my case I believe they came in NSW I was purchasing. I have had them show up out of no where in other tanks.
