Pod or not pod?

Ive been able to conclude that the grey one in this pic from my newly bought chaeto is a copepod that i want to keep, but what is the darker red one? Is it also a pod? Also, my chaeto was riddled with lots of feather dusters that i decided to pick off instead of adding, but I found this other thing kind of slowly wriggling in the water. Kind of looks like it might be a featherduster that came out of its casing, or is it something else?

Can you tell what the long wormy thing is? Is it a feather duster thats just popped out of its tube and doesnt know what to do or is it something else?

Honestly I have no clue what it is haha! Not going to pretend to know, just watch it and see what it does. I have never seen a feather duster out of its tube so I cant say.

Just a quick heads up.....feather dusters are also good to have lol.

Build Thread - My first reef tank, an IM 30L

After having had a freshwater tank for years, I've gained the opportunity and some time to try having a saltwater tank. Planning on making this a reef with mainly coral and a couple fish. I'll try and document my way through as I go. So far, I'm working with a 30 gallon Innovative Marine tank...

Not a baby hobbit or Medusa worm I hope, probably grow into the coolest thing ever, bit I agree when in doubt rip it out like @fishguy242 says.
