All my zoa's/pally's are wide open except one group. That group usually has a few open but the rest are closed. I spotted this roach looking ******* on one of the polyps and remembered hearing about certain parasites that eat zoa's.

Can somebody help me out? If it is a parasite and not a pod what the heck do I do to kill it before it takes out my corals. Thank you.

Looks Like A Zoa Eating Nudi To Me. Get Rid Of It As Soon As Possible. Also Check To See If You Have Any More One The Rest Of Them. Check To See If Any Eggs Are On The Zoas. They Look Like Little Clusters Of Clear Dots. If So You Will Have To Scrape Them Off. Dip The Zoas In A Lugol Solution To Kill The Nudis.

Kill it now. And you'll have to check for egg spirals. You won't be able to kill the eggs with any dip.
